How do I manage my outbox?

The outbox is where emails that are queued to go out sit until they are ready to go out. Here are the reasons you'll see items in your outbox:

  • You have queued up a lot of emails - We can't send them all at once so you may see a queue of emails that will go out over the course of a day or several days.
  • There is a problem sending - For example, we try to send the emails and your password to your email account has changed and your email account is no longer active.
  • You have set up a time restriction - By default emails go out 9 to 5 Monday to Friday unless you change this setting in the campaign wizard.

If you want to delete any items in the outbox, select the emails you want to delete and then select the bulk action -> delete.
